After a fantastic drive through the mountains, we stayed overnight in Egilsstadir, and met a French girl and a German guy, Eva and Stefan, travelling together. We all went for a beer in one of the 2 or 3 only bars the city can offer. It is usually very quiet, but people are great!The day after, we all went to a nice waterfall nearby. Because of the low weather, that one seems to be coming from the sky!Eva is French, practicing professional handball. She is hitchhiking by herself around Iceland for 3 weeks. She is super fit, she could follow me on a few climbs! As I told her, I travel to meet people like her. I wish her all the best.
