Unfortunately, we had to go fast. My plane to London is tomorrow Thursday 10 June, and a couple of extra days would have been better. All together, I stayed 11 days in Iceland, without much time off, but 13 or 14 would have been better. On the way back to Reykjavik, a last fantastic waterfall was waiting for us: Glymur. That one is the tallest in Iceland (198m). To get to it, we had to walk for 1.5 hour, cross rivers on unsure bridges and climb steep slopes. But the view is astonishing.

Finally, we drove back to Reykjavik and handed the car back to the rental company. And the ring road was completed!Here are a few pictures on the road: couple of waterfalls, sharp mountains, etc…In the evening, I went back to the same hostel I was in when I landed. Sharing beers with 4 adorable Californian ladies, Kurt and I went both our way. Great to travel with this guy!The day after, I woke up very early to catch my plane. Next stop: London!!!
